Freelancing and the Importance of Managing Perception

In this episode, Rob and Sara compare and contrast the perception of freelancing in their respective fields. Sara explains some of the hurdles associated with peoples' perception of lawyers and the need for a real office. Rob describes managing his client's concerns that he may either have too few clients or too much work. Rob and Sara both discuss their own perception of other freelancers and the risk of referring work to someone who may be only temporarily freelancing between traditional jobs. They both describe the importance of community of colleagues for the purposes of managing bandwidth.
